Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you access or use the TrekLoad website, TrekLoad Driver iOS app and related services. By using TrekLoad, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.
2. TrekLoad service
TrekLoad provides tools for professional drivers and operators, including booking management, dispatch, routing, invoicing and marketplace features. TrekLoad does not provide passenger transportation services and is not a party to transportation arrangements between drivers, operators and passengers.
3. Apple in-app subscriptions
Digital TrekLoad Driver plans purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. The app displays the price, billing period and any introductory offer provided by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple's payment and refund rules apply to purchases made through Apple.
4. Web subscriptions and transportation payments
Subscriptions purchased on the TrekLoad website may be processed separately under the checkout terms shown on the website. Stripe payments available inside the iOS app are limited to physical passenger transportation services and are separate from digital TrekLoad Driver plans.
5. Marketplace and user content
You are responsible for information and content you submit. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content. TrekLoad may investigate reports and remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse TrekLoad, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, scrape the service without permission, impersonate another person or use TrekLoad unlawfully.
7. Routing and AI tools
Routing, location and AI-assisted features are informational tools. You remain responsible for checking results, complying with road rules, protecting personal information and making safe operational decisions.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrekLoad is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, unlawful activity or risks to the service or other users. You may stop using TrekLoad at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Australian law may hear disputes.
